The SDA has always supported members who are studying by assisting them with their educational costs. 

For SDA members studying at a tertiary level, the SDA has opened applications to the Tertiary Education Assistance Program (TEAP) 2025. The TEAP scholarship awards 10 University students with $1,200 TEAP payments and 6 TAFE or other tertiary college students with $600 TEAP payments. 

To be eligible, applicants must be members of the SDA and remain so for the year of the grant. Applications must be received by the SDA on or before 24 January 2025.
